Imperial Corp has two company directors,
Enzo Esposito and Adam Wareing.
Enzo Esposito
Enzo Esposito is the founder of Imperial Corp and the director of Imperial Coatings.
Enzo started out as a qualified painter and decorator, and over the past 30+ years, his career has taken him to work on a wide range of large-scale commercial projects. His solution focussed and cool-headed approach has proved to be an asset in our diverse and demanding industry.
Enzo’s vision has guided the evolution and exceptional growth of Imperial Corp.
He values fostering strong relationships with clients, oversees all aspects of projects, including onsite supervision, and makes sure everyone involved has a positive experience.
Adam Wareing
Adam Wareing is the director
of Imperial Contracting.
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, working on high-profile projects, Adam brings a broad knowledge base and unwavering enthusiasm to his daily work.
During the Imperial Corps’ expansion journey, Adam has been there every step of the way. His ability to adapt, guide, and thrive with commitment and determination has made him a beacon of leadership.
Adam’s level headed approach to management brings structure and piece of mind to every project he spear heads.
Our Growth
At Imperial Corp, our work is more than just a contract; it’s a relationship.
Since 2013, we’ve become one of Queensland’s most trusted contractors. We are reliable experts in painting, rendering, carpentry, ceilings, cladding and partitions. In 2022, Imperial Corp Pty Ltd was formed with the addition of Imperial Contracting. It was a significant year for as we expanded into ceilings and partitions and rebranded!
We have collectively completed over 3,000 projects. With a team of over 250 tradespeople, we can deliver projects of any type and size on time and hassle-free.
Imperial Corp’s experienced team consists of; Project Managers, Estimators, Contracts Administrators, Accounts, Site Managers, Leading Hands, Labourers, Tradesman and Apprentices.
The Imperial Corp team have been responsible for successfully delivering multi-million-dollar projects for some of the industry’s largest Head Contractors. Our relationships with leading suppliers and governing bodies in the industry, ensures we’re supported to facilitate our projects and manage supply chain expectations to meet project delivery.
We have the capability to supply extra resources to sites as needed to keep projects on schedule in challenging situations. This flexibility ensures client satisfaction and distinguishes us from competitors. Additionally, Imperial Corp’s range of services enables us to manage more work onsite, enhancing project efficiency.

A SAFETY MINDSET
Safe work practices and exceeding safety requirements are paramount for Imperial Corp.
Our team is well-trained in Occupational Health and Safety, and we also work with a construction safety consultant. Our business is fully insured, and we are proud members of AWCI, Master Builders and the Aussie Painters Network. Additionally, our Director serves as a Board member for Master Painters Australia.
