Enzo Esposito
Chairman | Managing Director
Imperial Corp was founded by Enzo Esposito, the company’s Chairman and Managing Director of the Imperial Group of Companies. Enzo’s passion for business and entrepreneurialism has led Imperial Corp from one trade of commercial painting, to a multi-discipline sub-contractor and builder across complimenting trades.
Enzo’s business acumen is strong, and he takes pride and joy in developing strong relationships with his clients. Enzo’s mantra of ‘we’ve got you covered’ is testament to his daily approach – wherever there is problem, Enzo will fight hard to find a solution.
In the last, 30+ years, his career has taken him to work on a wide range of large-scale commercial projects. His solution focused approach has proved to be an asset in our diverse and demanding industry.
Adam Wareing
Director | Ceilings & Partitions, Cladding & Carpentry
Since 2022, Adam has been a director of Imperial Ceilings & Partitions and an integral part of Imperial Corp’s expansion. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Deputy Chairman of the QLD State Advisory Committee for the AWCI and holds a degree in Business.
With over 25 years of experience in the SEQ construction industry working with high-profile head contractors, Adam’s strong business acumen and experience ensures Imperial Corp is at the forefront of the industry.
Adam combines adaptability, focus, and a steady approach to lead with clarity and confidence. His practical mindset brings structure and assurance to each project and every client.
Our Growth
At Imperial Corp, our work is more than just a contract; it’s a relationship.
Since 2013, we have become one of Queensland’s most trusted contractors. We are reliable experts in painting, rendering, carpentry, cladding, ceilings and partitions.
We have collectively completed over 3,000 projects. With a team of over 250 trade professionals, we can deliver most projects put to us.
Our experienced team consists of project managers, estimators, contract administrators, accounts, site managers, leading hands, labourers, tradesman and apprentices.
Our relationships with leading suppliers and governing bodies in the industry ensures we are supported to facilitate our projects and manage supply chain expectations to meet project delivery.
We have the capability to supply extra resources to sites as needed to keep projects on schedule in challenging situations. This flexibility ensures client satisfaction and distinguishes us from competitors. Additionally, Imperial Corp’s range of services enables us to manage more work onsite, enhancing project efficiency.

A SAFETY MINDSET
Safe work practices and exceeding safety requirements are paramount for Imperial Corp.
Our team is well-trained in Occupational Health and Safety, and we also work with a construction safety consultant. Our business is fully insured, and we are proud members of AWCI, Master Builders and the Aussie Painters Network. Additionally, our Director serves as a Board member for Master Painters Australia.
